How to use it
A spoken reply showing strong agreement or affirmation of the other person's question or statement, often after 그럼요 or 물론이죠.
Forming it
| 가다 | → 가고말고요 |
| 되다 | → 되고말고요 |
| 좋다 | → 좋고말고요 |
| 기억하다 | → 기억하고말고요 |
Different from -고 말다 (G3-049) 'end up doing': 가고 말았어요 = 'I ended up going'. Written without a space: 가고말고요.
Examples
가: 저도 같이 가도 돼요? 나: 그럼요, 되고말고요.
A: Can I come along too? B: Of course you can.
가: 저를 기억하세요? 나: 기억하고말고요.
A: Do you remember me? B: Of course I do.
